Schwerpunkte

The program, which is instructed fully in English by internationally experienced professors, gives students a sound education in international management, with a focus on international dimensions of strategic management and international market entry. Each of the first three semesters has a clear focus and includes 18 hours of classes per week, and in the fourth semester students have to complete a thesis requirement: 

Semester 1: Fundamentals of International Business

Semester 2: International Marketing, Sales and Distribution

Semester 3: International Management and Strategy

Semester 4: Thesis

In all of the emphasis areas, students will learn how to combine the fundamentals of operations in international business with the strategic perspective necessary for managers and firms operating in a global environment.

Degree:  M. A. in Business

Duration: 4 Semesters

Program Type: Full Time, but the program currently is being offered in a scheduling option which enables students to pursue part-time employment along with their studies. Typically, courses are run between 4.00 pm and 7.00 pm from Monday to Thursday and from 9:00 am onwards on Fridays. Occasionally, there will be classes on Saturday.”

Admission

With only 20 openings per year, students are accepted strictly based on merit. Entry tests, including a written form of assessment as well as a personal interview will be held once a year for entry in the fall term. Prior work experience is an asset, although not a pre-requisite.
