Study track of the Master degree programme International Industrial Management

In today’s industry, transformation processes are essential in order to remain competitive and adapt to constantly changing market requirements. Rapid technological progress, globalisation and the increasing importance of sustainability require companies to continuously adapt and renew their strategies and business models. In order to meet these requirements, we are expanding our range of study programmes to include the Business Transformation study track. In addition to the existing specialisations in digitalisation and supply chain management, this specialisation offers students a comprehensive education in the core areas of modern corporate management. By analysing and accompanying real transformation processes, students gain valuable practical knowledge that is directly applied and deepened through close cooperation with companies.
