Business Transformation Master (FT)
Study track of the Master degree programme International Industrial Management
In view of the constant change and the need for companies to adapt and change, we are introducing a new study track: Business Transformation. This specialisation complements the existing focus areas of digitalisation and supply chain management and offers students the opportunity to deal with the challenges and opportunities of transformation processes in companies. In the ‘Business Transformation’ study track of the Master’s degree programme ‘International Industrial Management’, students learn to critically scrutinise traditional business models, develop innovative approaches and successfully implement changes. Through practical projects and collaborations with leading companies, they gain insights into real transformation processes and acquire the skills to be the driving force behind future business transformation.
