In the German-speaking or central European area there are different names or titles for the person responsible for content in an organisation – from web editor to chief content officer. Irrespective of job title, most graduates of the programme will be responsible for corporate content or give advice on online publication activities in agencies. In companies they often work in PR and marketing departments and/or in departments specialising in digital communication or web presence and social media activities.
