This means that a wide range of options is open to them. They can work in many types of institution including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>hospitals<\/li>\n<li>rehabilitation centres<\/li>\n<li>geriatric centres<\/li>\n<li>outpatient clinics<\/li>\n<li>medical practices<\/li>\n<li>pharmacies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our graduates also find employment in health promotion and disease prevention. The prevention of nutrition-related diseases starts in early childhood with programmes offered at parents&rsquo; advice centres, kindergartens and schools. Our graduates also work in spa hotels and corporate health programmes with the aim of providing general and specific information about healthy diets.<\/p>\n<p>Dieticians are also employed in institutional catering, the food sector, the pharmaceutical industry and in research and training.<\/p>\n<p>Further career options become available after completion of a Master&rsquo;s degree and several years&rsquo; professional experience.
