Certificate programme according to § 9 FHG

The public administration is striving for comprehensive digitalisation in order to improve citizen services and optimise internal processes. The aim is to simplify digital access and make administrative processes more efficient. The certificate course is designed to introduce employees to the basics of digitalisation so that they can support managers and advise on digitalisation projects. The course provides knowledge about the country’s IT systems, general digitalisation basics and current trends. Practical training, an excursion and a final project will enable participants to develop and implement customer-oriented digital solutions. This is intended to build up digitalisation expertise not only centrally, but also in decentralised departments.
