Requirements
To graduate from your degree programme, you must:

- produce a Master’s thesis, which must be approved
- pass the Master’s examination
Your title on graduation will be “Master of Arts in Business (MA)”.
Master’s thesis
Our students apply to write a Master’s thesis by submitting a detailed prospectus, which they draw up together with their supervisors. If the prospectus is assessed as sufficient by a committee, work on the Master’s thesis can begin.
The work is divided among our lecturers in such a way that each lecturer supervises only a few students. This guarantees an intensive professional exchange that enables students to complete their work on time and to a high standard.
In addition to the generally applicable examination regulations, students have access to a Master’s thesis handbook. Furthermore, there is a Master’s thesis coordinator who brings all the threads together.
Master’s examination
Once the Master’s thesis has been successfully assessed, students may sit the Master’s examination. This consists of a presentation of the Master’s thesis in English and the accompanying defence. This is followed by an examination interview with two examiners from complementary subjects.
The examination board consists of a chairperson and two examiners.
