A delegation from the Hungarian EU4DUAL partner university John von Neumann University visited FH JOANNEUM on December 4.

For almost two years, nine European universities have been working together in the EU4DUAL project with the vision of creating the world’s largest dual system of higher education, in which universities, industry and regions work together to provide high-quality education. Among these universities are FH JOANNEUM and the John von Neumann University, which brought 36 of its employees to visit FH JOANNEUM in Graz. The guests work in the service departments of John von Neumann University and had the opportunity to exchange ideas with colleagues from FH JOANNEUM’s service departments during their visit to Graz.

The visitors were welcomed by Birgit Hernády, Head of the International Office, and Ingerid Dommersnes, Project Coordinator for EU4DUAL. After a short introduction of FH JOANNEUM, an exchange between FH JOANNEUM and John von Neumann University took place in the form of a World Café. Then we went to the library where Marton Villanyi gave us a short presentation and a tour. The program ended with a campus tour of some of the buildings on the Graz campus.

We would like to thank our colleagues from the John von Neumann University for the visit and the good cooperation and we are looking forward to many common activities in the framework of EU4DUAL.
