In the third semester of their BA in International Management, students worked with EATON to identify future trends in energy management in the residential business in Europe.

Where is the “BUS” heading? FH JOANNEUM, 13. March 2020The students took the roles of consultants in the EATON project and developed a market analysis in the project lecture. The student group consisted of 33 students, who were organised in 5 groups assigned to analyse different EMEA countries.
In their project teams, the students developed strategic analyses, met a EATON representative three times face-to-face and once in a video-conference. After four face-to-face interactions, the student project teams provided EATON with their research findings and recommendations in executive papers. Finally, students presented their research results to EATON at the end of the semester.
Nikolaus Dontscheff, was extremely satisfied with the research results of the students.
The collaboration with EATON was an excellent opportunity for students to gain experience in real project work. The students did a great job and delivered very good results.
