Woom Pocket-Rocket / Rocket propulsion

Following Woom’s motto “Think like a child, act like a pro”, students from different age groups were asked to draw a picture of their dream bike and describe their favourite memories of cycling. One wish came up most often – a bike with rocket propulsion. The Pocket-Rocket is therefore a pedal-assist that works purely mechanically. Similar to a wind-up toy car, the forward movement of the rear wheel is therefore picked up by a roller, translated in a gearbox and can then be fed back again.
