Content
The workshop is seperated in two parts: The first workshopday gives insights, enables discussions and support the generation of ideas. The participants can work on their ideas for three weeks and bring their results to the second workshop. At the second workshopdays concrete concepts and implementations are discussed and further refined.
The training is structured as a “peer learning lab” based on a discovery and experimentation approach, to improve and share virtuous practices, reflecting critically and constructively on practices, tools and methodologies.

Pedagogical design
The trainer provides content and tasks – sometimes even before the appointment – and shares their professional experience with the group. The participants work in groups or individually on the tasks. After the workshop, the participants will be sent documentation of the workshop by the trainer by email/ or the materials will be uploaded on a platform. The workshop focuses on group work and individual learning processes – not the expert’s presentation.
Trainer
Maja Draganis a researcher at the Institute of Applied Production Sciences (Institut für angewandte Produktionswissenschaften). She has been participating in projects where cooperative and work integrated education is developed and supported.
Hagen Hochrinner is senior lecturer at the Institute of Applied Production Sciences and works in the field of mechanical engineering. He is also involved in international (also dual) projects and development projects with companies.
Jutta Pauschenwein is head of the ZML-Innovative Learning Scenarious und teaches at the Institut Journalism and PR. She is a certified e-facilitator and has been involved with game-based learning for years.
