Many people find it difficult to practice meditation consistently. The reasons for this are manifold. Often, long-term benefits are difficult to assess. During meditation sessions, a beginner is often unsure “if he’s doing it right.” Ora makes the success of meditation measurable using the HRV value and not only provides immediate biofeedback during meditation, but also makes long-term progress visible.
