The way we produce food today often damages our ecosystems. We are confronted with high loss of biodiversity and high greenhouse gas emissions in agriculture. Therefore, we have to change our farming methods and the way we handle food. The present system creates a regional organic cycle and a digital platform supports farmers in using organic methods in farming. These organic products are delivered from farmers to consumers on a weekly basis. The organic waste (biowaste) from the food consumed is returned to the farmer and returned to nature. This holistic approach leads to healthier soils and tastier foods.
