The following packages are offered by the International Relations Office :

CULTURE&FUN Package

Have some fun before the semester starts! This package offers a great opportunity to get to know Graz, Styria, and the new colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere.

Included is:

• An extensive social programme with intercultural workshops and exkursions – getting to know FH JOANNEUM, and the new colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere.
• Extensive administrative assistance – we will help take care of all the paperwork that needs to be completed in order to live in Austria and study at FH JOANNEUM.

Dates: 23.-27.09.2024 (1 week)

Fee: EUR 170,–

LANGUAGE Package

The time before the semester is used to start an intensive language course to prepare for studying at FH JOANNEUM. German skills will be improved in a pleasant atmosphere over a course of 60 study units ( twice as much as a two-hour semester course). If no previous knowledge of German, this intensive course will equip students with the basic skills to immerse in their studies.

It includes:

• A three-week German language course at one´s level.
• Extensive administrative assistance – we will help take care of all the paperwork that needs to be completed in order to live in Austria and study at FH JOANNEUM

Dates: 09.-26.09.2024 (3 weeks)

Fee: EUR 340,–

A combination of all options for the best possible preparation with the PREMIUM Package !!!

PREMIUM Package

This package includes:

• A three-week German language course at one´s level: Use the time before the semester start for an intensive language course to prepare you for studying at FH JOANNEUM.
  Improve German skills in a pleasant atmosphere over a course of 60 study units ( twice as much as a two-hour semester course). If no previous knowledge of German, this intensive course will equip one with the basic skills to immerse in your studies.
• An extensive social programme with intercultural workshops and exkursions – get to know FH JOANNEUM, and the new colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere.
• Extensive administrative assistance – we will help take care of all the paperwork that needs to be completed in order to live in Austria and study at FH JOANNEUM.
• Lunch on all days with activities in the morning and afternoon.

Fee: EUR 440,–

International degree-seeking students from non-EU/EEA countries highly recommended to take part in the  PREMIUM Package activities before the start of the academic year – the costs are covered by the tuition fee.
