What are the living costs in Austria?

Living costs vary depending on the region, but students should budget approximately 600–1,000€ per month for accommodation, food, transportation, and leisure activities.

Can I work while studying?

Yes, international students are allowed to work up to 20 hours per week during their studies. Many students take advantage of this opportunity to gain practical experience and support themselves financially.

How is the weather in Austria?

Austria has a mild climate with four distinct seasons. Summers are warm, with temperatures ranging from 20°C to 30°C, while winters are cold, averaging around 0°C to 10°C. What about student accomodation?

Graz and Kapfenberg offer a variety of student accommodation options to suit different needs and budgets. You can choose from student dormitories, shared apartments, and private rentals. Living in student housing is a great way to meet fellow students and immerse yourself in the vibrant student community. We will provide assistance in finding housing.
