The main objectives of the final review workshop were to create a common understanding of Food Innovation Incubators results and impacts based on the experiences made, to evaluate these results and the co-creation process, and to share an understanding of the modes of co-creation within the Food Innovation Incubator.
The workshop was divided into three parts:
- In the first part the main results of the Food Innovation Incubator were presented.
- In the second part of the workshop the co-creation process was evaluated and
- in the third part policy recommendations were discussed and final conclusions were derived.
In addition to many highly interesting learnings about the Co-creations process, the participating stakeholders and players emphasised above all the great benefits of the Incubator for their inspiring and helpful networking opportunities and low-threshold participation.
