AVICRONE is a concept that shows how drones could be used sustainably and wisely in the next 5 – 10 years. Sustainability is not only understood to mean the use of renewable energies, but also their conscious and thoughtful use. Drones should be used in areas where they are socially acceptable and energy-intensive rotor flight is the best choice. Load flights have the potential to develop positively at all levels, that is, ecologically, economically and socially.
AVICRONE is a concept that not only deals with the aircraft itself, but also the entire load flight process and interaction. One result of this overall assessment is, that the dimensions of the AVICRONE can be reduced by folding it up to such an extent that the travel to the areas ofuse can be carried out energy-efficiently on the road.
