What could you do with all the coffee grounds that gather day by day? The answer is “biosphere”, a forrest climate cabinet that enables cultivating fungi on coffee grounds, but also growing edible lichen, moss and other delicacies in a controlled and hygienic environment. Moreover, it is also ideal for storing and aging wine and cheese. This tiny forrest inside your home creates consciousness and appreciation for foods and allows for short transport distances and a maximum of freshness.
