Not visible and yet it surrounds us at all times – air. Its quality is essential for our health, well-being, productivity and also our culinary experience. Gaggenau Sphere combines the extractor hood with natural microalgae. The system uses photosynthesis to continuously convert cooking fumes and used room air, enriched with fat, odours and CO2,
into sterile, odourless and oxygen-rich breathing air.
