At the same time, the amount of plastic that has to be produced, sold and disposed of was significantly reduced. The flushing bottle specially developed for stoma bags makes it easier to empty the filled bag. This rinsing process, which is usually repeated several times a day, reduces the risk of skin irritation and inflammation. It helps to significantly extend the intervals between bag changes and save up to 80 stoma bags per year.
