TorQ / Electric motorbike

An electric motorbike for commuters.

torQ is a lightweight and agile electric motorbike that addresses the problems of ever-increasing urban traffic. It was developed by Julian Wolfsberger as part of his bachelor’s thesis in the Industrial Design programme.

The impending ban on combustion engines and a driving ban on petrol-powered motorbikes were also taken into account. The aim of the concept is to minimise traffic jams and parking problems in urban areas. At the same time, everyday commuter traffic will be enriched with significantly more driving pleasure. In addition, the expandable batteries can be used to create new applications, such as allowing motorbike enthusiasts to ride their bikes together after work.
