The focus of activities is on building management as well as services related to safety, health and environmental management.
Staff and students can report problems or make queries via FMA-Serviceline@fh-joanneum.at. These are managed using a central ticket system and assigned to the relevant member of staff.
FMA issues all students with a student ID card, which gives them access to the buildings and classrooms and enables them to use the FH JOANNEUM copiers.
