Andreas Wolfsgruber has been Chief Designer at MAGNA since 2000. Born in Salzburg in 1962, he studied industrial design at the University of Art in Linz.
He started his career designing trucks, tractors and bicycles for STEYR in Graz. In 2004 he initiated the Concept Car Generation (MILA) for Magna. Within Magna, the world's leading engineering and manufacturing partner, he has played a leading role in the development of a wide range of production vehicles in design. Andreas' portfolio is characterized by a diverse range of vehicle types and international customers.
In 1995 Andreas Wolfsgruber was a founding member of the Industrial Design course at the FH Joanneum in Graz. He has many years of teaching experience at FH Joanneum in the field of Transportation Design and is a frequent member of diploma examination committees.
