Sophie Kappel has worked in the PR and Marketing Department since 2015. She is a graduate of Sustainable Food Management at FH JOANNEUM, and during her studies supported the PR and Marketing Department as a student employee at several study fairs and projects.
Now she is responsible for Course Guidance in the PR and Marketing Department. Her work includes organising and implementing internal and external information events. She coordinates FH JOANNEUM’s participation in national and international study fairs, and is the contact person for information events at schools and for guided tours of FH JOANNEUM.
Her responsibilities also include co-organising the Open House Days, and organising the VWA Barcamp and the information evenings. Sophie Kappel also organises the Applied Holidays and, in cooperation with öh joanneum, supervises the ‘Studieren Probieren’ project, allowing future students to get a taste of what’s on offer at FH JOANNEUM.
