Profile
Synnøva O'Gorman has worked in Technical Communication for 24 years. She has a post-graduate qualification from the University of Limerick. Before moving into technical writing, Synnøva lectured in English and German at universities in Ireland and in Austria. Her primary degree is in Applied Languages from Dublin City University.
