Thomas has graduated from the Technical University in Graz in 1997 and from the Berlage Institute Amsterdam in 1999. He has studied in Japan, and has collaborated with Arata Isosaki in Berlin. His graduation project was a proposal for the redevelopment of the Tokyo’s Waterfront Sub center.From 1999 to 2002 he has been working for Foster and Partners London. In 2001 he was sent to Singapore to work on the New Supreme Court, where he was leading construction packages. From October 2002 he has been working fulltime in Vienna, setting up SHARE architects and following the renovation of the metal workshop in the Vienna 8th district that has become the office basis. He is since December 2004 certified expert for competition organizations and competition juror.
