Profile

Graduated from the degree programme for Computer Science at the Graz University of Technology in 1985.

1984/85 tutor at the Institute for Information Processing and Computer Supported New Media, Graz University of Technology. From 1985 until 1998 research assistant at JOANNEUM RESEARCH (Institutes of Information Systems and Technology Consulting and Project Management); from 1996 until 1998 also head of quality management.

Since August 1998 head of the department and degree programme Information Management as well as of the affiliated Centre for Applied Research and Development Activities.

Current research interests include customer relationship management, quality and project management.
