Automotive Engineering

If you want to apply for this Master’s degree programme you need to have

• a relevant Bachelor’s degree or
• a degree comparable or equivalent to a bachelor.

Applicants must provide evidence of proficiency in English at level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

Detail on the admission requirements

Holders of the following Bachelor’s or other postsecondary degrees in mechanical engineering or mechatronics will be considered to meet the admission requirements, depending on the electives chosen:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering from FH JOANNEUM
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Graz University of Technology
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vienna University of Technology
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Munich University of Technology
• Diploma degree in Automotive Engineering & Railway Engineering from FH JOANNEUM
• Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering from Graz University of Technology with a specialisation in internal combustion engines

In ambiguous cases, the head of degree programme will decide whether the candidate meets the admission requirements. You will be notified of the decision once we have received your full set of application documents.
