Step 1: Gather the required documents.
Your application must contain the following documents:
- a signed letter of application
- a signed CV
- a documentary evidence that you have completed a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
This evidence is not required for FH JOANNEUM graduates. - a Transcript of Records for verifying compliance with the admission requirements.

Tip
If you do not yet have your Austrian documents (Bachelor or Diploma certificate) at the time of submitting your application, you can submit them by the start of your course. Step 2: Submit your application.
Tip
Adhere to the application deadline and ensure that your documents are complete and signed before you send them off. Only then will your application be accepted.
Step 3: Wait to be invited to the admissions process.
Your application will be checked by the Study Administration division. You will receive an email to confirm that your documents are complete and that you meet the admission requirements within two weeks of submission. You will receive an email with detailed information about the admissions process in good time before the date.
