The educational objectives of the course are to deepen knowledge of management tasks in the healthcare sector and to qualify future graduates to assume responsibility for the quality of care and the measures taken in the respective institution. This includes monitoring, ensuring and improving the quality of care and organisation, managing and deploying staff, organising material resources and monitoring the use of material resources as well as cooperating with other facilities, organisational units and professional groups.
