The psychological counselling platform Instahelp, worked with the sixth semester BA students of International Management, to develop business model for building partnerships with companies for better mental health in France, Germany, and Switzerland.
According to multiple studies mental health is becoming one of the biggest health trends in the next 5 years. Offering a solution in this field, especially online, could therefore be also interesting for companies in other industries. The COVID-19 crisis hit during the project and they significantly increased the importance of both taking care of the mental health and the activities that can be done online.
The main goal of the project was to develop business model for attracting new cooperation partners in the target countries. The student consultants recognised partners with large customer base, identifying the specific value for them from the cooperation with Instahelp. They managed to tackle this challenge taking into consideration the financial and human resources restriction of a start-up.
Each team conducted country analysis and market research of selected industries in their target country. In each, they managed to select industry and companies, and to propose business model in which the cooperation with Instahelp would offer value-added to their users and customers.
