How I found my current job:
Following my graduation from FH JOANNEUM, I worked as a research assistant at Graz University of Technology. During that time I participated in a research project with Siemens AG, which is still cited today. This sparked my interest in the Siemens group and I started working for the company, at first part-time and then, following my PhD, on a full-time basis.
What I learned for this job during my studies:
The foundation in traffic telematics (which was then ONLY offered by FH JOANNEUM) certainly provided me with a combination of internship practice and theoretical knowledge. After this I was able to focus on my PhD studies and the world of work.
