Technical documentation media help us to operate new devices and systems quickly and safely and to enjoy using them. But they also ensure that the legal requirements for products and systems are met. Professional content management is used to create, edit, classify and provide users with information of all kinds for various communication channels. On the JOANNEUM ACADEMY Master Certificate Programme, you will acquire the qualification of technical editor and content manager, which is increasingly in demand in the professional world.
The programme leads to the academic degree ‘Master of Science (Continuing Education)’ in four semesters (120 ECTS).
