If they are sufficiently qualified and in consultation with the head of the degree programme, civilian and military service personnel have the opportunity to join the second semester of the degree programme after completing their civilian or military service.

We recommend that all examinations be completed by the start of the programme. However, by special arrangement, it is possible for first-year students without a Matura or with a non-European Matura to take individual partial examinations up to the second semester.
A university entrance qualification exam always consists of five modules.
A university entrance qualification entitling students to study for a degree within the Engineering, Natural Sciences or Social and Economic Sciences groups of studies will be fully recognised for the programme in Environmental Management.

You can take these examinations as part of the qualification course for university entrance at FH JOANNEUM. The two-semester course is organised on a part-time basis and is free of charge. If your place is confirmed you may also take specific additional exams at FH JOANNEUM.
